Ann Marie Gramc | Training Consultant and Life Coach

Ann Gramc is a Training Consultant and Personal/Executive Coach. For 25 years, she has designed and developed customized training programs for many of the Fortune 500 companies and other organizations. Her areas of expertise include: leadership development, sales training, customer service, performance management, hiring/selection, change management, new hire orientation and technical training. She also facilitates a workshop on employee happiness and well-being – and how that translates into business results.

Education and Training

Ann holds a master’s degree in journalism and has won several awards from the Society of Technical Communication (STC) for training-related publications.

She is certified as an executive coach, and is also a licensed practitioner in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), a field that uses effective techniques to help people move past limiting beliefs to take inspired action and successfully make changes in their lives. She is also currently completing her certification in Strategic Intervention Coaching. Her coaching practice focuses on helping people transform their lives and reach their greatest potential.

The Happiness Workshop

Based on her interest and passion for the topic of happiness, Ann created and facilitates a workshop experience in which participants explore how to raise their happiness setpoint and shift their thinking and behaviors so that they operate on empowering beliefs that can lead to amazing results—in their personal and business lives.
