Personal Coaching

If you could change or enhance anything in your life, what would it be? What would it do for you?

You already have the tools you need – your natural talents and knowledge – to build the life you desire. We will work together to:

  • Identify the changes you want to make, and set specific goals that will get you there.
  • Strategize your actions so that you always know exactly what you must do to achieve your goals.
  • Upgrade your skills, if needed, so that you can carry out your plan with confidence and certainty.
  • Master your psychology to overcome any fears, doubts or limiting beliefs that might be holding you back.
  • Optimize your environment to make sure there are fewer distractions and achieving your goals becomes effortless.

Executive Coaching

Helping leaders optimize their full potential.

Ann works with clients to:

  • Set expectations for the coaching engagement and gain an understanding of the corporate culture.
  • Discover mental models (beliefs) that can hold the client back from achieving results, and reframe them so that he/she can move forward.
  • Conduct 360 feedback interviews to gain insight into the client’s behaviors and performance on the job.
  • Provide assessments that will give the client an understanding of their personality and emotional intelligence.
  • Create a development plan and review it with the client’s boss.
  • Hold the client accountable to the development plan and help to remove barriers and obstacles.
  • Provide just-in-time coaching, as needed.
  • Evaluate the “return on investment” to the organization by measuring the results of the coaching.
